To recognize your hard work and dedication, we’re pleased to provide you a suite of valuable benefits all selected to promote your health and financial wellness.

Helping you understand the benefits we offer is important to us. This Benefits Website provides general information for our benefit-eligible employees with additional detailed information available within the plan documents and legal contracts between our company and the insurance providers.

The elections you made during open enrollment are effective on January 1, 2026 and remain in effect thorough December 31st, 2026.

If you did not enroll during Open Enrollment (November 11 – 26, 2025):
- You will automatically be re-enrolled in your current plans and coverage levels at the 2026 rates.
- Contributions to all Spending Accounts – Flexible Spending (FSA), Dependent Care (DCFSA) & Commuter Flexible Spending (CFSA) will default to $0.
- If you wish to participate, the IRS requires you to re-enroll and elect contribution amounts each year.
Please remember that mid-year changes can only be made within 30 days of a Qualifying Event*.
Important reminder! If you added any dependents during Open Enrollment, you must provide documentation to verify their eligibility by December 1st or your dependent coverage will be dropped by December 15th before the coverage date of January 1, 2026. Please keep a copy of your documentation for your own records.

Need help logging into ESS?

Your username is your employee number.

If you don’t remember your password, you can click on Login Assistance, enter your employee number as username, and click on Forgot Password. A password reset link will be emailed to you within 10 minutes.

If you encounter any issues accessing ESS, please send a detailed email including your Full Legal Name, Employee Number and/or SSN and date of birth or last 4 of SSN to helpdesk@rackroom.com to request a manual password reset. This may take a few minutes.
